1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Solvenin's cloud-based ERP software ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Solvenin provides a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that includes modules for inventory management, sales, purchasing, HR, finance, and other business operations. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be at least 18 years of age

4. Subscription and Billing

Solvenin offers the following subscription plans:

• Free: $0/user/month — limited features
• Starter: $6/user/month
• Professional: $9/user/month
• Enterprise: $14/user/month

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

8. Data and Privacy

Your data belongs to you. We do not sell your data to third parties. We store your data securely using industry-standard encryption. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

9. Intellectual Property

Solvenin and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Solvenin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvenin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
